What to do if you don’t agree with the penalty: - receive a copy of the order/document on collection; - record the circumstances and evidence of your position; - submit a report or complaint via the command line within the established time frame.
What to pay attention to: - whether the procedure and authority of the official were observed; - are the motives and factual grounds indicated; - Is there evidence of a violation?
Even disciplinary decisions can be challenged if procedure or rights are violated.
